Who I Am

I'm not your typical consultant. And I'm not just a coach.

I bring knowledge, structure, and honest perspective — with one goal: that you and your team are stronger after working with me than before. Not dependent on me.

I think sales strategy and people & culture together. Most advisors do one or the other. I see the connection — and I solve it. Because when your people are stuck, your revenue stalls. Always.

Beyond advisory work, I help companies enter new markets and build sales operations from the ground up — drawing on my own experience doing exactly that across Europe and the US.

Insider knowledge
I know B2B from the inside, not just from the whiteboard
Outside perspective
I see what teams are too close to see themselves
Human-first approach
Motivated people sell better, lead better, and stay longer

How I Work

Three ways to work together — one clear thread.

Every engagement is different. But the goal is always the same: your company runs better, your people grow, and your revenue follows —

and when something needs to change, we make sure it actually sticks.

The Idea Behind Everything

Sales and people aren't separate problems. They're the same problem.

Most growing companies have a good product. What breaks is the conditions around it — unclear structures, undertrained managers, teams that don't feel seen. That's when top performers leave. That's when revenue plateaus.

I work at exactly that intersection. Not HR consulting. Not sales consulting. The place where both connect — and where the real leverage is.

FAQs

I help B2B founders and scaling companies fix the two problems that almost always appear together: a sales structure that isn't keeping pace with growth, and a team that isn't performing the way it needs to. I work on both at the same time — because one without the other rarely holds.

A coach asks questions. I ask questions too — but I also bring structure, perspective, and 20+ years of having actually done this work inside companies. My goal isn't to help you reflect. It's to help you move.

Automotive and mobility is my home ground — it's where I've built markets, led teams, and launched products. But the problems I solve are common across B2B industries at the scale-up stage. If your company is between 20 and 100 people and growth is starting to feel hard, the industry is less important than the stage.

With a 20-minute conversation. No pitch, no pressure — just a real talk about where you are and what you're trying to build. If it feels like a fit, we go from there.

It depends on what you need. Some founders start with a single 90-minute session to get clarity on where the real bottleneck is. Others come in ready for an ongoing advisory relationship. And sometimes a focused project is the right fit. We figure out together what makes sense — there's no one-size-fits-all.

Yes — most of my work is remote. For what matters (kick-offs, workshops, team sessions) I come on-site. I'm based in New England and travel regularly within the US and to Europe.

A small number — intentionally. That's what makes the work good. You get my full attention, not a slice of it.
