My Story
Automotive is not just my industry.
It's where I come from.
I started my career in ar dealership and never really left the automotive industry — I just kept moving deeper into it. Over 20 years, I purchased cars, build sales teams, developed and opened new markets, and figured out why smart people in good companies sometimes can't seem to move forward together.
The role that shaped me most was at Cox Automotive, where I led the go-to-market for Manheim Express in Germany— an internal startup — right as the pandemic hit in 2020. Remote team, no playbook, real pressure. We built it anyway.
And next to that - on the weekends, I also spent fifteen years in international motorsport — not as a driver, but in team & media organization and event management. In a racing team, everyone has a role, everyone has to deliver, and the team either wins together or loses together. That mindset is still very much part of how I work.

Where I Am Now
Two continents. One perspective

Two years ago I moved from Germany to New England with my husband - an hour from Boston, reachable from NYC.
While living in Germany, I was always on the road across Europe — wherever the business was. It's no different here. You'll find me somewhere between Florida and Maine, and once in a while I extend my radius to the west.
What I bring from that background is less about geography and more about mindset: the German tendency to plan thoroughly, think in structures, and follow through — combined with the intercultural awareness that comes from working across borders for 20 years. I know how differently people make decisions, build trust, and communicate in different cultures. That perspective tends to be useful even when nobody's crossing a border

CAREER
20+ Years of hands-on experience

Let's see if we're a good fit.
I work with a small number of clients at a time — which means I'm genuinely present, not spread thin.
If something here resonated, the best next step is a 20-minute conversation. No pitch, no pressure.
